Thirst.
Deserves something real.
Botanically-infused sparkling tonics brewed in small batches from desert sage, prickly pear, and barrel-aged agave — bottled in amber glass with hand-numbered labels.
Three ingredients.
One desert.
Desert Sage
Harvested by hand each spring from the high desert above 4,000 feet. The oils hold the smell of rain before it falls.
Prickly Pear
The fruit turns deep magenta in late August. We press it the same afternoon it's picked — no concentrate, no shortcuts.
Barrel-Aged Agave
Blue agave nectar aged 90 days in reclaimed oak barrels from a Oaxacan mezcalero. It adds a roundness that lingers.

Each flavor is brewed separately, bottled by hand, and numbered. When a batch is gone, it's gone.
Sage & Citrus
The one that tastes like a morning hike.
Herbal and bright. Sage oil cold-pressed from wild-harvested leaves, balanced with Meyer lemon and a whisper of white pepper. Finishes clean.
Prickly Pear
The color of the sky at 7pm in August.
Deep magenta, naturally. Pressed the same afternoon as harvest — no concentrate. Hibiscus adds a gentle tartness, lime zest brightens the finish.
Agave & Ginger
What a mule would taste like if it grew up in the desert.
Smoky caramel from the barrel, heat from fresh-pressed ginger, a hint of cardamom that lingers. Complex. The one for people who miss mezcal.
Desert Rose
Soft enough for brunch, interesting enough for dinner.
Rose hip and wild saguaro fruit — both harvested after the first monsoon. A touch of vanilla bean rounds the edges. Floral without being fussy.
Made for
your shelf.
Sip started in a kitchen in Barrio Viejo, Tucson — because the founder, Marta Delgado, kept showing up to dinner parties with a $4 sparkling water and feeling like she owed the host an apology.
She wanted something in the glass that looked as considered as the wine everyone else was pouring. Something that tasted like it came from somewhere.
Two years later, it's on the shelf at six Arizona grocers and counting. Still brewed in small batches. Still hand-numbered. Still made from ingredients Marta can drive to.
"The desert doesn't need embellishment. Neither does what we make from it."
— Marta Delgado, Founder
